We strive to provide an enjoyable experience for all participants in our golf leagues. To ensure fairness and accommodate golfers on the waitlist, the following refund policy applies:

Eligibility for Refunds

• Refunds are available for league registration fees if requested on or before 11:59 PM, February 28, 2025.
• Refund requests received after this date will not be eligible, regardless of circumstances, as league spots will be finalized to accommodate waitlisted golfers.

How to Request a Refund

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to support@cardinalgolfclub.com.
• Include your full name, contact information, and reason for your refund request.

Processing of Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the request being received.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Waitlist Considerations

• Golfers on our league waitlists will be contacted if a spot becomes available after a refund request is processed.

*The Food & Beverage discount does not apply to alcoholic beverages and is only eligible on league days.

Do I need to be a skilled golfer to join a league? No, our leagues cater to a variety of skill levels. If you are unsure of what league to join, our golf team can push you in the right direction. Contact us here.

Is there a handicap system in place? Yes, our leagues use a handicap system to level the playing field, allowing golfers of different skill levels to compete fairly.

What happens if there is bad weather on a league day? Rain or shine, leagues will continue unless conditions are deemed unsafe. If the course is deemed unsafe, you will be eligible for a raincheck based on our raincheck policy.
