Club Description

The Cardinal Golf Complex is Canada’s largest golf and event facility and is home to three clubs including Cardinal Golf Club, Kettle Creek Golf Club, and RedCrest Golf Club. While these clubs share the same property, they each have their own entrance and clubhouse.

Job Description             

The dishwasher role focuses on making sure all dishes are washed as per company standards. 

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans by hand or in a dishwasher
• Ensure dishes are properly sanitized before use
• Keep kitchen equipment and appliances clean and in good working order
• Sweep, scrub, and mop floors regularly
• Remove garbage and trash in a timely manner
• Stock food and utensils in serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and salad bars
• Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, or portion ingredients
• Assist other kitchen staff with tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Work hours as scheduled
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy items
• Complete tasks quickly and effectively, especially during peak hours
• Be willing to assist other kitchen staff and work as part of a team
• Understand health and safety regulations related to kitchen hygiene and sanitation
