TOURNAMENT FOOD STATIONS
(A minimum of 80 people is required.  Food stations can also be ordered to enhance a 3 course plated meal)

CARVED BEEF STATION
Carved Beef with Mini Kaisers, Au jus and Horseradish.  (1 Chef)
ANTIPASTO STATION

A mixture of marinated and grilled vegetables along with salads, cheeses, olives, salami and Chef’s choice of cured meats.
PASTA STATION

Cheese Stuffed Tortellini with chicken & vegetables in a cream sauce.
CARVED SMOKED SALMON STATION
Carved Smoke Salmon with assorted breads, onions, capers and lemons.  (1 Chef)
JUMBO SHRIMP STATION

Choose from a presentation of marinated & chilled jumbo shrimps presented with lemons and cocktail sauce or served hot & sautéed in wine and garlic by a chef in front of your guests.  (3 shrimp per person)
BAKED BRIE STATION

Double Cream Brie wrapped fresh herbs, baked in a puff pastry, garnished with fruit and assorted biscuits.
FRESH FRUIT PRESENTATION & ASSORTED COOKIES
Served with Coffee and Tea

Food Stations are the perfect choice for a more informal cocktail party format where guests can enjoy the food stations and mingle at the same time.  Cruiser tables are set up around the room where guests can have a pace for drinks and food.
