7 OZ GRILLED CHICKEN BREAST
Tender Boneless chicken breast marinated with fresh herbs and garlic, charbroiled and brushed with a rich barbecue sauce. Served with roasted potatoes and a medley of fresh garden vegetables.
CHICKEN PARMESEAN
A 7 oz boneless chicken breast coated in herbed crumbs, oven baked and topped with a rich homemade tomato sauce and melted mozzarella, accompanied by Penne Arrabiatta.
PACKAGE #2-(SELECT ONE OF THE FOLLOWING)
8 OZ GRILLED NY STRIPLOIN
Aged and marinated AA Striploin steak, charbroiled to perfection and topped with a sautéed mushroom and herb mix. Served with baked potato and a medley of fresh garden vegetables.
PORTOBELLO CHICKEN
Chicken Breast stuffed with Portobello and wild mushrooms and ricotta cheese. Served with a basil jus, red skinned mashed, and a medley of fresh garden vegetables.
THE CARDINAL CLASSIC PLATTER
A combination of grilled sirloin steak, barbecued chicken and sweet Italian sausage, accompanied with baked potatoes and a medley of fresh garden vegetables all served platter style.

PRIME RIB OF BEEF
An 8 oz portion of centre cut prime rib of beef rubbed with fresh herbs and spices. Served with a red wine au jus, roasted potatoes and a medley of fresh garden vegetables.
10 OZ GRILLED NY STRIPLOIN
A grilled 10 oz portion of aged striploin topped with a sautéed mushroom and herb mix. Served with baked potato and a medley of fresh garden vegetables.
BBQ MIX WITH A TEXAS TWIST
Grilled Sirloin Steak, barbecued chicken and charbroiled baby back pork ribs brushed with barbecue sauce, accompanied by baked potatoes and a medley of fresh garden vegetables, served platter style.

GOLF TOURNAMENT BBQ BUFFET
(A minimum of 50 guests and a maximum of 170 guests are required. Also note that the BBQ Buffet falls under Package #3 pricing)
Golfers will venture out to the balcony and be greeted by our chef’s grilling meats and a salad bar featuring freshly prepared salads, rolls & butter and then return to the dining room to enjoy their meal.
BBQ BUFFET
Junior New York Striploin, Chicken Breast Supreme and Sweet Italian Sausages served from the barbecue combined with 2 salads, baked or roasted potatoes and rolls & butter.
Assorted squares and pastries served on platters to each table along with coffee and tea.

GRILLED SALMON FILLET
Boneless Atlantic salmon rubbed with olive oil and herbs. Flash grilled and served with fresh lemon.
VEGETABLE WELLINGTON
Selection of sautéed fresh vegetables gently rolled in a puff pastry with herbs. Slowly baked and served with a light tomato sauce.

Red Leaf lettuce, baby spinach, with raspberry vinaigrette gently tossed with mandarin orange pieces.
